Philadelphia Daily News describes
Hector Maldonado’s arrest.
When Hector Maldonado shot and killed a man in a Port Richmond diner this summer, police said, he flashed a smile as he walked away from his bloodied victim.
But Maldonado couldn't manage even a smirk early Thursday morning, when he was captured in a North Philly apartment by a gaggle of cops and U.S. marshals.
Maldonado, 20, a convicted felon with a record of aggravated assaults, was wanted in the murder of Cesar Reyes, 32, a father of four and a local entrepreneur, inside the Aramingo Diner on July 30.
