Frack O’ Criggin Dawn Highlights Raj on the Border

Frack O’ Criggin Dawn suggests border security recourse.

So, he set up this stunt: he and his film crew, along with three elephants and a six piece maraichi band.

And for the record, I don’t hold the individuals manning the border accountable personally. Well, not much. I do understand that they are understaffed to do what they are asked to do. Then again, they could be making more noise about how poor the security is and how big the holes really are. They are the only ones who really understand how bad it is — they should make Congress understand.

Meneltarma Blog Supports Raj

Meneltarma extols Raj on the border.

I love this guy. Either he has am awesome sense of humor, or he his just looking to pique America's sense of the absurd in his zeal to be elected.

Raj Peter Bhakta is his name and he is a Republican running for congress from Eastern Pennsylvania. He also is known by some (not me) as a former star on the NBC show "The Apprentice." I am ready to lay some heavy bets on his success even without knowing what he's up against.

Lone Star Times Spotlights Raj on the Border

Lone Star Times narrates Raj on the border.

Literally. A man running for Congress as a Republican in a Pennsylvania district was visiting Texas and decided to have a look at the border situation for himself.

Disturbed by this scene, our imaginative candidate did what any of us would do. He hired elephants and a band to demonstrate the ease of crossing the border.

This Story Is Real

Progressive Conservatism reprints Raj on the border.

About an hour ago, your friend and mine Mark, the Bon Jovi to my Sambora and the Dr. Dre to my Snoop Doggy Dogg, called to tell me about how a Republican Congressional candidate, who was a contestant on The Apprentice, marched an elephant and a six-piece mariachi band across the Mexican border to make a point about border security. I laughed, and then I said to myself, "Self, this is obviously from The Onion."

That's when I hopped on the computer to read a few articles on the ol' Associated Press. Folks, it's days like this that make me thank God for the blogosphere.

Arena of Ideas Agrees with Raj

Arena of Ideas condemns border security.

In a seperate incident Raj witnessed six illegals swim underneath one of the international bridges without being challenged. That emboldened him to make immigration as a centerpiece of his campaign. The terrible truth of the matter is if Raj can get a mariachi band and three elephants across the border, what is stoping UBL and Al Qeada?

Raje’s Rants Blog addresses border security.

I love the last line of the story. Of course, no one mentioned if the elephants could be reached for comment. Stunts like this aside, can someone explain to me how anyone thinks a border fence would be a bad idea? Heck, at this point, I think we need to consider a moat. As for the three people on the planet who get the title of the post, I apologize for sending this link to everyone else.

Daily News: Everyday Criminal

Philadelphia Daily News profiles serial offender.

When nightfall arrives, police say, Kevin L. Johnson drifts through North Philly high on angel dust until he zeroes in on someone walking to a neighborhood store.

With little warning, Johnson, 20, approaches his target, mumbles nonsensically and then makes his demand: "Give it up, old head."

Since Oct. 6, cops say, Johnson has tried to rob eight people, and has shot five men who ran away from him in terror. Cops say Johnson chased and shot at a sixth man who fled but missed his moving target.

During his current robbery spree, he has tried to hold someone up every day for the past week, except for Wednesday, Brown said.

Daily News: Thoughts Turn to Rape

Philadelphia Daily News describes assault, investigation.

Cops said the clean-shaven man robbed and raped the 20-year-old woman in a wooded area behind the R8 Olney Station at about 11 a.m. last Friday.

"The investigation has been aggressive," said Special Victims Capt. John Darby. "But all are viable leads have been unsuccessful. As a result, the next step was to release the composite."

Police said the woman first noticed the man as he walked out of a tree-covered area across from the outdoor station. She thought he was on his way to the station for an innocent train ride.
